Over the years leading to the creation of Renovation Underwriting we were a retail insurance broker developing products that we thought we could find markets for. Until you undertake that process and create a business with products you own, rather than products you use, that identity can seem a little hazy. The moment you design products for others, the weight of responsibility shifts and you find out what sort of insurance provider you are going to be. We have designed our products on the basis that the client must win, which means that we design our products to operate as policyholders expect and need them to.  

When you have accomplished that, the client has won.
