Renovation Underwriting is among just six MGAs to receive the highest possible rating for service quality in the Insurance Times Five-Star Rating Report: MGA Market 2026/27.
In this latest accolade, Renovation Underwriting is awarded five stars in the latest Insurance Times survey, conducted in association with the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA). The recognition also follows the company’s recent five-star success in the Insurance Business UK awards, marking two independent endorsements of its commitment to supporting insurance brokers.
More than 1,400 brokers contributed to the Insurance Times survey, rating their MGA partners on the service received over the preceding 12 months and the result is particularly meaningful as it reflects the experiences of the brokers who work with the business every day.
Our commitment has always been to make it easier for brokers to protect their clients undergoing contract works, making the process faster where it can be and providing specialist underwriting expertise where it matters.
Over the past year, this approach has continued to shape improvements to our broker proposition, including the new opportunity for automated pricing and approval for qualifying risks.
We are hugely grateful to our broker partners for their continued trust and support, and to our team for their commitment to delivering the service our brokers value.
The full Five-Star Rating Report: MGA Market 2026/27, featuring further analysis of MGA service performance and broker feedback, is scheduled for publication in November 2026 for Insurance Times subscribers.
