In a change from the norm and embracing digital technology, our new RU employee is virtual, has no physical form and instead of being office-based, will only exist in the cloud, hovering somewhere between the RU locations of London and St Neots.
Introducing DUA, our Digital Underwriting Assistant, whose sole focus will be to support to our brokers. She is our new AI Chatbot, designed to be the first port of call for those queries that may not necessitate a phone call. Friendly, helpful and fast, DUA will sit in our underwriting portal, accessible from the RU Broker Hub and will be on hand to help with questions concerning renovation insurance. She is definitely not here to replace your existing contacts but instead make your experience smoother and provide clarity on your next steps.
