Insurance Business Magazine has published its Brokers on MGAs 2025 report today, with Renovation Underwriting announced as an MGA gaining the highly coveted All Star status. Among nine 5-Star recipients, Renovation Underwriting stands out as one of only three All Star winners.
Insurance Business Magazine publishes the report each year as part of its wider 5-Star Awards series. The programme recognises outstanding service and products in the insurance sector; with winners determined from a survey of brokers nationwide.
For this year’s Brokers on MGAs report, MGAs were evaluated by participating brokers across 10 key criteria – niche risk placement, compensation, geographic reach, marketing support, responsiveness, pricing, product range, reputation, technical expertise, and technology/automation.
An MGA gaining four or more stars in all 10 criteria led to the highly regarded All Star status. As well as gaining the overarching All Star accolade, we also separately received a survey gold medal for the Construction category, and a bronze medal for our Schemes. As a clear sign of its deep resonance in the market, our Renovation Master product was also specifically recognised as a Broker Pick.
Huge thanks go to our Brokers for committing the time to the survey and for ranking us so highly across all categories. It is our promise that we will continue to do all we can to deliver exceptional service and outstanding products to them, and to ensure their end clients undergoing renovations are wholly protected.
The full Brokers on MGAs report is published on the Insurance Business UK website to correspond with the 2025 BIBA Conference. Read the report here. This will also be a key talking point on the publication’s stand at the event. The announcement will also be promoted by our own RU BIBA team, who this year join wider Geo Underwriting colleagues on stand D50 in the centre of the exhibition hall.
