Ever since we started talking about renovation nearly 10 years ago, educating our broker base has been at the top of our agenda. On the basis that insurance is only ever a problem if its arranged badly in the first place, we have always wanted you to feel confident about recommending our strategy for dealing with renovation risks.

The course consists of 2 hours of in depth information and teaching on the interaction between JCT contracts and insurance together with guides on the party Wall Act and non-negligence insurance that sits along side it. 

Making sure that your teams are well prepared makes them both compliant and valued by your customers, remember they are paying for professional advice, not just placement of risks.  It’s what separates insurance brokers from direct markets.
