Len’s insurance industry career began at Sun Alliance in 1980. During his 40+ years in the industry, he has accrued a wealth of experience gained from underwriting a wide range of commercial insurance products.

In 2007, he set up his own successful Underwriting Agency. The last 12 years have been dedicated to building a significant and market recognised Non-negligent Liability scheme from the ground up.
Len’s collaboration with Renovation Underwriting began several years ago, through this innovative scheme. In July 2023, this partnership led to his appointment as a Consultant (Non-neg Liability).

Len brings with him a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and additional ‘A’ rated insurer capacity as well as a steadfast commitment to high quality customer service. His presence enables us to further enhance the portfolio of insurance products available to our clients and brokers.

Outside of work, Len is a keen greyhound racing fan and owner (including his own retired hound at home) and a ‘Happy Hammer’ on the footballing front.
