Lynn joined the team in the summer of 2022 and was promoted from Senior Underwriter to Development Underwriter in February 2026. As part of this specialist role, Lynn offers dedicated support to brokers that are part of the RU PlanTrak programme, combining technical underwriting expertise with a strong commercial attitude. With over 25 years of experience in the private client space, Lynn previously worked as a broker placing contract works and so brings broker-weighted experience to our Underwriting team.

A love of dance keeps Lynn busy outside of work, teaching a weekly dance class in her local area as well as performing and teaching worldwide. Any further spare time is spent walking in the countryside surrounding her rural home, with her much-loved dog alongside. Lynn is also an ACII Chartered Insurance Broker.
