Mike Tuck joined us in April 2026 and is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 18 years’ experience advising on complex construction, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects. He combines deep technical engineering expertise with a strong practical understanding of construction.

He has extensive experience assessing both permanent and temporary works and has worked on a number of high-profile projects including refurbishment of existing and listed buildings, demolition, basement construction, structural alterations, and high‑value commercial and residential developments.

Mike assists the team, reviewing technical documentation and regularly engages with contractors, and the design team to provide clear, balanced, and practical technical advice to support underwriting decisions and risk management.
